Participants registration formAll authors and participants of IMS'08 are requested to fill in the registration form: http://zwispp.wi.ps.pl/ims08/registration.php Paper submission instructionsSubmissions should describe original completed or ongoing research work not submitted or published elsewhere. Accepted papers will be published in the Preprints of the Workshop. The corresponding author, including the author's name, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address has to be identified.One of the authors of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference. Contributions cannot be included in the Proceedings, unless registration, full payment and manuscripts are received. All papers submitted to IMS'08, not only for the final version after acceptance, but also for the reviewing proccess, must be limited to 6 pages formated in the standard 2-column IFAC Proceedings format, according the instructions given on the website of Elsevier IFAC Publications. The IFAC Proceedings format must be followed exactly in order that the paper will be published. Please, do not include information about authors in the draft papers. You must include this information only in submission form and in the final papers. Papers must be submitted, in electronic format (Adobe PDF). PresentationsEach talk will be 20 minutes long: 15 minutes for a presentation and 5 minutes for a discussion.Registration fee
The conference fee covers admittance to all sessions of the entire conference, a copy of Preprints, banquet, lunches, refreshments, and social events. Printed and CD versions of the Preprints will be available at the Workshop. The student registation fee does not include banquet. The registration fee must be payed in Euros or in Polish zloty, the organization must recive the net amount of the fee. The registrations fees advertised above do not include the account transfer taxes neither the currency conversion taxes. Copyright conditionsThe material submitted for presentation at an IFAC Workshop must be original, not published or being considered elsewhere. All papers accepted for presentation will appear in the Preprints of the meeting and will be distributed to the participants. Papers duly presented at the IFAC Workshops will be hosted on-line on the www.IFAC-PapersOnLine.net website. The presented papers will be further screened for possible publication in the IFAC Journals (Automatica, Control Engineering Practice, Annual Reviews in Control, Journal of Process Control, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, and Mechatronics), or in IFAC affiliated journals. All papers presented will be recorded as an IFAC Publication.Copyright of material presented at an IFAC meeting is held by IFAC. Authors will be required to transfer copyrights electronically. The IFAC Journals and, after these, IFAC affiliated journals have priority access to all contributions presented. However, if the author is not contacted by an editor of these journals, within three months after the meeting, he/she is free to submit an expanded version of the presented material for journal publication elsewhere. In this case, the paper must carry a reference to the IFAC meeting where it was originally presented and, if the paper has appeared on the website www.IFAC-PapersOnLine.net, also a reference to this publication. |
